COACHING CREATIVES
Making connections.
Forming relationships.
Building confidence.
Finding your community.
Understanding how to build the foundation for your future starts with two crucial building blocks:
1. Knowing who you are and what you want.
2. Effectively communicating it.
When I first launched CEO Artist almost 15 years ago, I set out on a mission to bridge the gap between the innovative soul and the business professional, resulting in an entrepreneur fully equipped to make their dream a reality. Since then I've worked with creatives in countless cities, countries, and hemispheres, and you know what?
At the end of the day, under all the hats and masks we wear, we ALL share the same struggles.
From young adults facing insecurities, standing up to bullies, finding confidence, and developing the skillset needed to pursue their passions, whether they're an artist, an athlete, an academic, or innovator.... to established professionals, ready to shake things up, pivot careers, or get out of a rut, I've seen it all. In a world now dominated by screens, we're often paralyzed by the prospect of “real life” networking and in-person interaction.
Being a human can be tough. (Trust me, I get it.) Why go through it alone?

Client Testimonials
“An excellent course for anyone trying to make a living as a creative artist. Makes you confront the reality that the ‘business’ side of things won’t look after itself. If you’re competing with others, you need to give yourself an edge. Christina helps you do that. And the first part of that ‘edge’ is the knowledge of who you are, and what you’re doing. She makes you realise that if you don’t ‘define’ yourself then it’s really hard for the people who might give you work to know why they should. The course gave me both practical advice, and empathetic encouragement and support. And the wake-up call I needed to both take myself seriously, and to take responsibility for my own creative future. She’s as much a mirror as she is a mentor – and both services are invaluable in a competitive creative world. Definitely money well spent.”
“Christina delivered a personal branding workshop at the University of Warwick in January 2018 to a group of aspiring entrepreneurs on the Warwick Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programme. The workshop incorporated a breadth of both entrepreneurial and life experience from Christina which was well-received by the audience. Christina succeeded in delivering a relevant, insightful and positive session on how to build a personal brand. Despite the audience being fairly reserved at first, Christina persevered and encouraged participation in an inclusive and welcoming way, which resulted in lots of participation and a successful ‘speed networking’ session that followed.”
“Many thanks for the superb pitching workshop you ran with my MA Producers in October. I know that they all found it immensely valuable and you certainly inspired them to up their game! This week the class delivered their final pitches for the Web Series pilots. A challenging task but you provided them with both the tools to do the job and the confidence required to succeed. It made my final choice of project to shoot very hard.
I look forward to your help with the the major drama treatment pitches the class will undertake in the Spring Term.”
“Christina’s Entrepreneurial Artist workshop was fantastic at helping me clarify my vision for my career and learn communication tools I can put into practice. After taking part last weekend, I have recommended the course to two friends already! It would be great to learn these business skills before entering the industry and would highly urge drama/film schools to add this workshop to their curriculum.”
“Christina has been our industry lecturer for our membership and guests on several occasions. In every instance, she took the time to thoroughly understand the event brief, tune her presentation to the audience, and come well prepared. She is an engaging speaker that connected with our audience, kept them involved, and best of all, wanting more. We will definitely be asking her to speak again in the future!”
